Where should have Che Guevara set up base in Bolivia to have successful revolution?

Che's basic problem was the untenability of focalism as a revolutionary strategy, rather than any particular strategic choice made within that framework. There was simply no way that his scheme was going to be successful without the urban resistance, as the 26th July Movement did in Cuba, which he stubbornly refused to do.
