Question about double jogging stroller?

I am looking to buy a double stroller for my 4 year old and 1 year old. Mostly for our day trips like the zoo and beach...things like that. I like the jogging strollers since the weight limits are more and maybe I can have it for next year too. Our 4.5 year old is 39 lbs so I don't want one that has a 40 lb weight limit. Anyway my question is...Do any of the jogging strollers have seat that sit upright and not a slight recline. All of the ones I have looked at seem to be a little reclined and our 1 year old hates to be reclined in his stroller. Any advice would be great. Thanks!
